// ÆLIS LAB × BARCELONA × ENGINEERING AESTHETICS

ÆLIS.

We design and engineer digital products that work as flawlessly as they look — websites, AI systems and brand identities, built end-to-end by the people who actually make them.

01. Why us?

We turn chaos
into structure.

In a world of digital noise, your brand needs clarity. We don't just "make websites" — we design systems where aesthetics, code and data serve one goal: your growth.

  • /01

    Direct line to the maker

No account managers, no markup layers. You talk to the person who designs and builds your product.

  • /02

    Fixed quote before we start

Scope, price and deadline agreed up front. The price never changes retroactively.

  • /03

    MVP first, scale after

Large projects start with a compact working version — you see real results early, not after months of invoices.

  • /04

    Everything is yours

Source files, code, accesses — handed over in full. No vendor lock-in, ever.

Barcelona Salon Redesign

Web · Barcelona, Eixample · In progress
+

The client brought a Berlin salon’s website as the reference — and knows its owners personally. Copying was off the table: a tracing would be spotted instantly. So the reference was dissected into layers — composition, typography, colour, rhythm, devices — and every layer replaced with an original solution. The salon’s name translates from Russian as “summer”, and that became the semantic core: a sun travels across the giant letters in the footer.

  • 5 first-screen concepts
  • 5.1 MB → 490 KB
  • Layout verified by renderer, not by eye
  • The salon manages its own price list

HTML · CSS (grid, @property, background-clip, clamp) · vanilla JS · Playwright + headless Chromium · Pillow

02

Training-Centre Website Run by Its Owner

Web · Moscow · 2026
+

An outdated site-builder replaced with a nine-page website. The first five screens are hand-coded, because stock blocks couldn’t reach the required level. HTTPS domain, leads flow straight into the industry CRM. Everything the client updates regularly is assembled from standard blocks — so it can be edited with a mouse.

  • 9 pages
  • 0 broken links at handover
  • Leads into the industry CRM
  • Local data-protection compliance closed

HTML/CSS · inline SVG · DNS · Let’s Encrypt · CRM API · analytics · Python + PIL

03

VARIANT

Full brand & launch · AR/VR studio · 2024
+

Everything from the name to the merch for an AR/VR studio: naming, logo, brand book, website, promo videos. An architecture of three linked sub-brands, including a separate B2B product for furniture showrooms. Also solved: a non-trivial embed of a 3D widget blocked by browser security policies.

  • Naming → site → ads → merch
  • Three sub-brands in one system

React · Vite · TypeScript · Tailwind · Vercel

04

MaraMusi

E-commerce · Premium pet accessories · 2025
+

A brand-first online store for premium pet accessories: catalogue, product pages and ordering flow designed around the brand’s visual identity.

  • Full store, live in production

Next.js · React · Tailwind

07

Sales Manager That Works in Personal Chats

AI & Bots · Events agency · 2026
+

The agency has 46 services across ten spreadsheets and three managers. First-line sales was done by hand: the same questions, the same objections, night-time leads lost until morning. Built a system that runs the dialogue directly inside the manager’s personal Telegram, calculates quotes from the client’s live spreadsheets and opens a deal in the CRM from the customer’s first message.

  • 7,700 lines of code
  • 810 automated checks
  • 46 services in the base
  • The client edits behaviour in their own spreadsheet

Python · FastAPI · Docker · CRM API · Telegram Bot API (Business) · Google Sheets · SQLite

08

Call-QA Intelligence

AI SaaS · Sales teams · 2025
+

The head of sales used to sample calls by hand and got through five percent. The system reviews all one hundred: transcribes the conversation, scores it against the script, speech quality, objection handling and product presentation, flags errors in the transcript and builds training cases from real dialogues. Four scoring agents plus a supervisor on top.

  • 100% of calls instead of 5%
  • 30–90 sec instead of 15–30 min
  • Training cases build themselves

Node/Express · PostgreSQL · React · n8n · Whisper/AssemblyAI · Claude/GPT · CRM integrations

09

The School Director’s Second Brain

EdTech · Private club · 2025
+

The club’s founder spent ten hours on every lesson and was the bottleneck of the whole product. The system assembles a lesson in his own methodology and tone — structure, materials, assignments, a brand-styled presentation. He now reviews finished work instead of writing from scratch.

  • 10 hours per lesson → review of a draft
  • Writes in a specific person’s voice, not “neutral”

Python · Google Workspace integration · brand-styled deck generation

10

Community Curator That Never Sleeps

AI assistant · Communities & schools · 2025
+

Knows the full history of the community’s chats and answers members on its own, watching 14 forum topics across two chats in real time. Search runs over the entire message archive, so answers are grounded in what the club has actually discussed — not generic words. The team stopped staffing the chats manually.

  • 844 messages in the index
  • 14 forum topics in two chats
  • Answers members 24/7

aiogram 3 · Telethon · Claude API · SQLite FTS5 · full-text search over history

11

Jobs Aggregator for a Private Club

Telegram · Data · 100+ users · 2025
+

Scans channels and chats, finds job postings and structures each one: role, terms, requirements, contact. Duplicates are removed with semantic embeddings rather than string comparison — so the same offer rewritten in different words never appears twice. Search and filtering work in plain natural language.

  • 100+ users
  • Natural-language search
  • Semantic deduplication

Telethon · aiogram 3 · Claude API · SQLite FTS5 · rubert-tiny2 · Docker · VPS

12

Digest Bots & Routine That No Longer Exists

Automation · 24/7 services · 2024–2025
+

A set of small systems, each of which removed one manual operation: daily and weekly chat digests, event scanning, reminders. Plus computer-vision extraction of stamps and signatures from documents and brand-styled presentation assembly. They run as permanent services — not as scripts somebody has to launch.

  • Permanent 24/7 services
  • Computer vision over documents

Python · n8n · OpenCV · Telegram Bot API

13

AI Video Production Pipeline

Automation · Content production · 2025
+

An end-to-end automated video pipeline: AI writes the script to a fixed structure, synthesises natural-sounding voiceover, generates frames from a scene plan and assembles the final cut. Production went from days to hours while keeping a consistent style from video to video.

  • Days → hours per video
  • Consistent style at scale

Claude · ElevenLabs · generative models · Remotion

14

Autopublish Content Engine

AI automation · Publishing · 2024
+

An AI agent that generated texts in a defined author’s style from input data and published them automatically through the WordPress REST API. Over 1,000 pieces of content shipped with a consistent tone and structure.

  • 1,000+ pieces published
  • Zero manual publishing

Python · LLM API · WordPress REST API

15

Figma Presentation Systems

Design automation · Plugin API · 2025
+

Large-scale presentation systems built through the Figma Plugin API: hundreds of slides in a single brand style, programmatic generation and updating of layouts, custom fonts and brand components. Figma connected to AI for automatic slide assembly in the client’s brand.

  • 300+ slides in one system
  • Programmatic generation

Figma Plugin API · MCP · design tokens

16

100,000+ Verified Contacts

Data engineering · Multi-country · 2024–2025
+

Collection and verification pipelines over websites and repositories across several countries. A dedicated engine per region — sources and data formats differ everywhere, and a universal parser falls apart at that geography. With cleaning, verification and an own mail server for outreach.

  • 100,000+ verified contacts
  • A dedicated engine per region
  • Own SMTP server

Playwright · PyMuPDF · OAI-PMH · JSON-LD · SMTP

17

Below-Market Flats Radar

Own product · Telegram · 2025
+

A bot and channel: scans property portals around the clock, scores flats against the market with a geo-algorithm and shows the finds on a map. Premium access by subscription. An own product rather than a commission — so the economics were on me too.

  • 303 subscribers
  • Runs 24/7 with no human involved

Python · aiogram · Playwright · PostgreSQL + PostGIS · Docker

18

Port Congestion ML Platform

Data science · Role: Data Lead · 2025
+

Team-built platform predicting seaport congestion. Data pipeline on AWS, training and comparison of ML models, integration of weather data (2.7M rows) and per-port calibration.

  • 2.7M rows of weather data
  • Per-port calibration

AWS S3/Glue/RDS · PostgreSQL · XGBoost / LightGBM

04. The Core

Attention
to every project.

01 / STABILITY

Reliability

Sites built on a solid foundation. Clean code, fast loading and excellent performance on any device — the baseline we guarantee to every client by default.

02 / AESTHETICS

Aesthetics & Utility

Beauty must be functional. We design interfaces that not only please the eye but intuitively lead your users to the goal — faster.

03 / SOLUTIONS

Smart Tech

Complex technology in simple language. We implement the tools you need — from motion to AI — so they bring real value to your business, not complexity.

05. The Craft

Same model.
Different engineering.

Anyone who has wrapped an API in a button can claim they “build AI agents”. But only someone who understands the problem can tell whether the system works — or lies. We don’t sell access to a neural network. We build the system around it and answer for what it produces: where the data must converge, where the logic can fail, where a second check is non-negotiable.

You describe the task. You get a working system in production — not a consultation.

  • ×01Working systems, not slide decks.
  • ×02Fixed quote before we start. Never hourly.
  • ×03MVP first — results visible early and cheap.
  • ×04Real deadlines: if it takes two weeks, we say two weeks.
  • ×05Code, sources and accesses are always yours.

06. Process

From brief to launch,
without surprises.

01

Brief

Describe the task in plain words — chat or call, your choice. We ask the right questions. Free, and it commits you to nothing.

02

Fixed quote

Scope, price and deadline in writing — usually within a day. No hourly billing, no "let's see how it goes".

03

Build

Progress visible in real time. Large projects start with an MVP so you see results early. 50% upfront, the rest on delivery.

04

Launch & care

Delivered live in production with accesses, documentation and a hand-over. 14 days of support included; care plans from €150/mo.

07. The Founder

Where design meets intelligence.

Design has always been my true passion. With a degree in Digital Business, Design & Innovation, I learned to view web development through the eyes of an entrepreneur. Now I'm advancing my expertise in Data Science and AI to build digital products that are not just beautiful, but intelligent.

A website is a massive part of modern marketing. As a perfectionist, I personally dive into every detail of a project — ensuring your digital presence functions as flawlessly as it looks.

The perfect product is born at the intersection of emotion and data.

08. Before you ask

Fair questions.

How much will my project cost?

It depends on scope — the "from" prices above are honest floors, not bait. After a short brief you get a fixed written quote, usually within a day. The price never changes retroactively.

How does payment work?

50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Larger projects are split into stages — starting with a compact MVP, so you never pay for months of work you haven't seen.

What if the result doesn't work for me?

That's exactly why we start with an MVP. If something doesn't hold up on real data, you find out early and cheap — not on a five-figure build. We're honest at the start about what's solvable and what isn't.

Who owns the code and the source files?

You do — always. Figma files, code, accesses and documentation are handed over in full. Any developer can pick the project up after us; no lock-in.

What about confidentiality?

Your data and accesses stay yours. We work under NDA on request, and nothing appears in our case studies without your explicit consent.

Which languages and time zones do you work in?

English, Spanish and Russian. Based in Barcelona (CET), comfortable working across EU time zones. Most communication happens async in chat — calls when useful, not by default.

09. Contact

Let's build
something precise.

Describe your task in a couple of sentences — free form, no questionnaires. We come back with a clear read of the problem, a quote and a timeline. The brief commits you to nothing.

// Reply within a few hours on working days · Barcelona (CET)
